7 HEALTHY HABITS YOU SHOULD NEVER COMPROMISE
There are numerous suggestions/tips for healthy life-style. Yet very few, are being able to follow those. So today, I have come up with some tips for health conscious as well as lazy people to help with the sempiternal concern:-
- ALWAYS START YOUR DAY WITH A GLASS OF WATER: avoid too acidic or too alkaline or any other fancy fluid. The moment you wake up, opt for the purest form of nourishment— WATER. But keep in mind, water can shock your body or ease your body towards the day depending on it’s temperature. Always opt of lukewarm water or at least normal water in the morning for maximum benefit. 💧
- NEVER UNDERISTIMATE THE NECESSICITY OF PHYSICAL ACTIVITY: In this age, a surge in digestive issues, body pains, and skin-related problems is common, often caused by insufficient physical engagement. Movement is an integral aspect of your body’s natural rhythm. It helps with regulating weight, diminishing health risks (particularly those stemming from an improper lifestyle), and fortifying stamina for daily tasks. Additionally, it contributes to improved brain health and…Ladies and Gentlemen…Exercising release toxins through sweating which gives you natural healthy glowing skin. ✨
- BE CAREFUL IN CHOOSING YOUR MORNING FUEL: Breakfast holds a pivotal role for two reasons:
A. It breaks the overnight fast. delay in your first meal is damaging your body from inside and making you weaker day by day.
B. After an overnight fast, your body is practically naked from inside (not that it’s dressed in a jumpsuit the rest of the time, but you get my point), so whatever goes first in there, makes huge change to your health. Eating healthy in breakfast is going to benefit you twice as compared to any other meal and eating junk in breakfast is going to harm you twice as compared to any other meal. I am big foodie and I love fast food however I control myself until noon and believe me- Taking good care of my breakfast compensates for my junk food choices to a large extent.🍌
4. REMEMBER YOUR DAILY INTAKE OF NUTRIENTS: While I won’t insist on an entire day of healthy eating or costly supplements, I recommend incorporating at least two nutritious elements into your daily intake.
Add fruits in your daily diet.
Can’t find fruits nearby?
Eat dry fruits instead!
Having noodles for Lunch?
Make sure to have proper supper!
The rule is- If you are having one unhealthy thing to eat, neutralize it with two healthy choices. ⚖️
5. DO NOT FORGET TO CHALLANGE YOUR BRAIN: Many of us struggle with laziness and procrastination. Training your mind to tackle important tasks or solve puzzles or read newspaper in the morning can foster motivation or at the very least, eliminate regret for the rest of the day. Dedicate at least 10 minutes every day to a brain-stimulating task. 🧩
6. DEVELOP A ROUTINE THAT BRINGS YOU JOY/SATISFACTION FROM NON-MATERIALISTIC SOURCE : Whether it’s helping the less fortunate, connecting with friends or family, or immersing yourself in nature, find what works for you — dedicate a time period in your daily routine where you are not a prisoner of technology. 🌱

7. NEVER SLEEP WITHOUT PERFORMING A NIGHT ROUTINE: We sleep about 5–7 hours per day, which means 5–7 hours when our body is away from pollution and toxins. Imagine the benefits it will provide if done properly!
- Remove any makeup (very… very… very important).
- Wash your face with a face wash.
- Brush your teeth.
- Put on comfortable, clean clothes and enjoy a good night’s sleep! 😴
